How do I pay for my safe deposit box?

Please pay by bank transfer or debit/credit card by telephone.

  • To pay by bank transfer, please click here for the Chiswick office bank details, here for the Knightsbridge Office bank details, or here for the St Johns Wood office bank details.
  • To pay by Debit/Credit card please contact the Chiswick office on 020 3928 2828, the Knightsbridge office on 020 7581 1212 or the St Johns Wood office on 020 7722 2222. Please make sure you have your invoice number or box number available when contacting our offices.

Payment at our Offices

To avoid any waiting, we encourage you to make payments by bank transfer or debit/credit card over the phone. If you wish to pay in person at our office, we accept credit or debit cards only (no cash), you will be asked to use your access card for your safe deposit box or provide a valid photographic ID for identification purposes. Please note that we cannot accept payments without proper identification.

Payment Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: Until 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: Until 4:00 PM
  • Sunday: Until 3:00 PM

We are unable to accept payments after these times.

Receipts: We issue payment acknowledgements or receipted invoices only upon request. For privacy and security reasons, we do not send credit/debit card receipts by post or email.
